Testimonials
We have been members of the Guild from the start of our business (getting on for 10 years) and have found the advice and support to be invaluable.
In the early days our image on how to approach the photography, marketing, pricing, and business was far from realistic which lead us to the conclusion that we needed help.
After looking at the many professional bodies in the market we chose the Guild. This decision was made easy because of the professional, friendly, structured and understanding support offered.
Our photography and business skills have developed with help from the Guild. Now as a Master Craftsman the need to be a member is just as important keeping us aware of new styles, products and market trends.
Lesley and Steve have proved just how valuable it is to have someone to talk to that understands your issues and can offer practical advice. They also help us with a reality check on any new ideas and we generally use them as a sounding board when things get tough or issues arise that are there are no simple answers.

Working in photography can be a demanding and eye-opening experience, what I need for my business is a good shoulder to lean on.
Combining forces with like-minded people strengthens the ever growing learning curve in the science of photography.
I certainly feel a little more secure when I have an organisation around me such as the Guild.
The Guild offers peace of mind and a personal service to any photographer, advice, portfolios, qualifications and much more, highly recommended.

"Having been recommended to join the Guild, I spoke directly to a Guild director and was immediately impressed with their vision for a Guild which would support and progress its members and give confidence to the general public that the photographers were giving a standard of service which was expected of a professional photographer.
I would recommend looking at the benefit of membership for this approachable organisation."

I was given some advice from the Guild in order to promote my wedding photography – Simple practical advice, which was also very inspirational.
They introduced me to, and loaned me some 'Eventi d'Autore' albums, crafted by the Italian company Unicolor – Albums which have the "WOW" factor and sell themselves!
Within a week, I had changed my price structure to include them, altered my marketing approach as advised and showed several potential clients the new albums – All of which booked.
With the friendly and helpful advice from the Guild, I have changed my marketing approach, offer customers a clearly superior product and have massively increased my turnover!
The Guild are very approachable, want you to succeed and will do all they can to help you.

Our Courses & Mentoring
The entire course was very well structured, incredibly informative and, above all, fun. Highly recommended, and we doubt you’ll learn the skills …. anywhere else. Digital Photographer Magazine
I can say without hesitation that I learned more in two days than I have in the past two years. To anybody else who is as sceptical as I was as to the value of investing in training, it has opened more doors in my mind than any number of new lenses or lights ever could. Absolutely recommended!
